On and Off Smart Bro Internet Connection

It’s been how many days now that our Internet connection was on and off and it’s making me annoyed already. I could not surf the net and do my online work. I’m also puzzled every time it rains, the net will be off in no time.

With all the hassles that I’ve been getting, I already called SMART BRO technical support at 672 – 7277 to air my problem. The call center agent was kind enough to accommodate my problem and in no time the net was back.

The next day same thing happened (no connection) so I called once again and it appears that my antenna can’t get signal anymore. Yay. Fortunately, they were able to send a technician the next day to come and see my connection and the antenna. Sad to say that the antenna has been blocked by a big tree that has grown in our neighbor’s backyard. They looked for another possible location but it can’t get any signal.

The only resort that I can do is ask my neighbor to trim the branches of the tree so I can get signal properly at the tower. Doing so will solve the problem. Yay!
