My bestfriend Race is working as an administrative officer in their company and along with that it involves a hard task of screening applicants for various positions. I know it a painstaking work of reading all of their resumes and interviewing them, sorting out things and to match them for a particular work. At the end of the day she needs to get the best applicant that will best suit the position and actually it’s not easy just to hire someone.
