wahooo.... I'm finally a bit ok after yesterday's stiff neck. But oh boy last night was like a nightmare for me. Aside from my painful stiff neck, my migraine attacked too leaving me restless, I could not bear the pain so i took a mefenamic acid.
I almost puke and I just had to eat about 2 spoonful of my dinner last night. I went to bed early but i woke up at around 10 pm to get up bec. I was too hungry. I just ate a bread and drink coffee. Right now I still feel a bit pain but definitely I'm great now. Thanks for your concerns..
